HOLD AN EVENT YOURSELF
If sport isn't your thing, you can hold a small event of your own. Popular events held by members have been a tattoo challenge, a curry night and a cocktail making party! A cash bar can be a good idea with a percentage to us. You can maximise the fundraising potential of any event by going online to set up a donation page. Just ask or visit our BT MyDonate page.
Raising funds for a rare condition is not easy so any help, however small, is always welcome. Whether you choose to donate to mark a celebration, in memory of a loved one, because we have helped you or you just feel like sharing, there are plenty of ways to do it. Consider monthly payments too - even £2 a month can soon add up for us. Ask your employer to support us or leave us a legacy in your will. See ways to donate on the right
At no cost to you, Hypopara UK will get a donation for every purchase you make. Simply register at EASYFUNDRAISING. You can even download a pop up one click toolbar to remind you each time you log on to a shop which supports Easyfundraising. A painless way to help every time you shop.

Fundraiser Bridget O'Connor says 'My reason for holding my 60th birthday party in aid of Hypopara UK was to give something back after developing hypopara following surgery and having it for the rest of my life. The support I received from Hypopara UK was and still is so valuable - learning to be positive living with any chronic long term health condition - YOU ruling it and not letting IT rule you - and learning that even having to go through throat/neck surgery there is a positive outcome.'
